Chemical Peels New Jersey

Controlled combinations of chemicals are applied to the skin during a chemical peel to allow the superficial layers of skin to peel away, revealing a healthy, younger-looking complexion. Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey offers the following types of peels.

Illuminize Peel – The gentlest SkinMedica Peel, the Illuminize Peel produces radiant looking skin after only one peel. Suitable for all skin types, this peel is effective for those with mild skin imperfections, and ideal for sensitive skin or first time peel patients.

Vitalize Peel – For mild-to-moderate skin imperfections from skin aging and sun exposure, the Vitalize Peel by SkinMedica is an effective treatment for fine lines and wrinkles and uneven skin tone, as well as sun damage and hyperpigmentation.

Rejuvenize Peel – Patients with moderate to severe skin imperfections will benefit from the Rejuvenize Peel by SkinMedica to address skin unevenness caused by acne scarring or pigmentary changes, as well fine line and wrinkling and overall skin texture.

MicroPeel — The MicroPeel uses an appropriate strength alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) to penetrate and clean the pores and gradually lighten pigmentation. It improves skin texture and tone to create a refreshed appearance.

MicroPeel Plus — Salicylic acid (BHA) is used in the MicroPeel Plus to help stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process. It removes dead skin cells and unclogs pores to promote a brighter and clearer complexion.

Parisian Peel Microdermabrasion — This powerful, non-surgical procedure combines a MicroPeel with microdermabrasion. Parisian Peel microdermabrasion is an excellent treatment for softening lines, minimizing pores and acne scarring, and lightening pigmentation.
