This 35-year-old female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ with significant bilateral labia minora soft tissue excess, protuberance, and labial atrophy of her labia majora (thinning of the vaginal walls). A bilateral wedge labiaplasty and fat grafting to the labia majora was performed to correct her contour, normalize the appearance, and reduce the functional issues caused by her labial hypertrophy. She is seen here only 4 months after surgery!
