This 23-year-old female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ with significant bilateral labia minora soft tissue excess and protuberance. A bilateral wedge labiaplasty was performed to correct her contour, normalize the appearance, and reduce the functional issues caused by her labial hypertrophy (the marks on her skin and thighs are from her underwear in the after photo). She is seen here 1month after surgery!
