This 21 year old white female consulted with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey to address her labial hypertrophy. She had significant asymmetry of her labia and was looking to reduce her right labial excess of the labia minora and correct a more minor degree of overgrowth of her left side. Dr Glatt performed a right wedge labiaplasty with a small left labial trim to match in order to correct her contour and normalize the appearance and reduce the functional issues caused by her labial hypertrophy. She her results are shown 3 months after surgery.
