This 47 year old female presented to Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Northern, New Jersey to discuss surgical body rejuvenation options following a large weight loss. A bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) was performed along with a bilateral breast augmentation using smooth round silicone breast implants (415cc). The vertical incision (“lollipop incision”, around the areola and down the breast) for her mastopexy was also utilized to place her breast implants under the muscle. An abdominoplasty with plication of rectus diastasis (stomach muscle wall tightened) with liposuction to her flanks and abdomen was also performed. She is shown here about 1 year after surgery. Despite beautiful results, the patient did gain some weight during her recovery which changed her overall body habitus.
