This 24-year-old male presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ with severe gynecomastia, significant skin, and soft tissue excess of bilateral breasts following weight loss of approximately 70 lb. The patient underwent a full mastectomy with free nipple graft. He is pictured here one year following his procedure and is very happy with the results.
