This 53 year old woman suffered severe and significant capsular contracture in her left breast and was seeking operative treatment of this by board certified plastic surgeon Brian S. Glatt, MD, FACS for a breast implant exchange and total capsulectomy. This patient opted for Allergan Style SCF Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone gel breast implant size 385 cc. Strattice ADM was also used to help prevent recurrence of her capsular contracture. These beautiful results are pictured here 4 months after her procedure.
