This 34 year old female was interested in replacing and updating her old saline filled breast implants for new silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey performed a bilateral breast implant exchange and new smooth round high profile (475cc) silicone gel breast implants were placed (sub-muscular) “under the muscle” through an inframammary fold incision. The pocket was otherwise kept the same by the patient’s request. She is pictured here 10 months following her procedure.
