This 56-year-old female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey with complaints of bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdeveloped breast tissue) with significant asymmetry of breast size. She was seeking cosmetic surgery to enhance the size of her breasts as well as achieve symmetry. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral breast augmentation using differential size implants, specifically Allergan style SSM Natrelle Inspira soft touch silicone gel breast implants size 345 cc for the right and 295 cc for the left.
