This 38-year-old white female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey with complaints of bilateral mammary hypoplasia (underdeveloped breast tissue) and was seeking cosmetic improvement of this. Dr. Glatt performed a Breast Augmentation using Allergan style SRM Natrelle Inspira silicone gel breast implants size 255 cc for the left breast and Mentor memory gel smooth round high profile silicone gel breast implant size 300 cc for the right. This patient had significant asymmetry of her chest wall anatomy which required differential size implants to create symmetry. Her incredible results are seen here 3 months post surgery.
