A 63-year-old female presented to board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey, seeking treatment for breast ptosis (sagging). This patient was also looking to restore some upper pole volume but did not want a breast implant. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) combined with fat grafting to the upper pole of the breasts. This approach achieved a fuller, rejuvenated appearance without the use of breast implants. The patient is shown here 3 months post surgery.
