This 44-year-old female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey with significant bilateral labia minora soft tissue excess and protuberance. A bilateral wedge labiaplasty was performed to correct her contour, normalize the appearance, and reduce the functional issues caused by her labial hypertrophy.
