This 58-year-old female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey and had previously undergone bilateral breast augmentation surgery in the past but presented with a bilateral intracapsular rupture (Breast implant rupture within the capsule). She was seeking an exchange of her breast implants for a smaller size. Dr. Glatt performed an implant exchange using Allergan style SSF Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch silicone gel breast implant size 385 cc as well as a mastopexy (breast lift). Her incredible results are shown here 1 year following surgery.
