This 69-year-old male presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ. He underwent significant weight loss and presented with severe grade 3 bilateral gynecomastia with glandular ptosis, excess lax skin and soft tissue and was seeking contour improvement of his chest. He had double incision surgery with a free nipple graft and total mastectomy. His awesome results are shown here one year following surgery.
