This 38-year-old white female who presented seeking revision of her implants as well as an increase in size. She presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ and discussed her glandular ptosis (droopy breasts) and that she would require bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) in order to significantly improve contour. We also used galaflex (internal bra) to provide additional soft tissue support along the lower pole of the breast. Her old implants were removed and replaced with Allergan style SCF Natrelle Inspira cohesive silicone gel breast implants size 450 cc. Her beautiful results are shown 1 year after surgery!
