Avery Berry, BSN, RN

Aesthetic Nurse

Avery brings a strong surgical foundation and a calm, compassionate presence to her role as a Registered Nurse at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey.

A North Jersey native, Avery recently returned home after three years in Boston. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire and began her career in the operating room at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard affiliated hospital, where she gained extensive hands-on surgical experience before continuing her work at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Throughout her four years in the OR, Avery worked in both scrubbing and circulating roles, cultivating a meticulous eye for detail and a deep commitment to precision and patient safety.

Now specializing in plastic surgery, Avery loves combining her surgical expertise with personalized, patient-centered care. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, cared for, and confident in their experience—and she strives to create an environment grounded in kindness, communication, and trust.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Michelle Williams, BSN, RN, HNB-BC

Aesthetic Nurse

Michelle brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, holistic care, and compassionate connection to her role as an Aesthetic Nurse at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. After successfully owning and operating a personal training business for 20 years, she followed her passion for helping others and pursued a career in nursing—graduating with honors from County College of Morris in 2022. She later earned her bachelor’s degree from Capella University and became a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse through the American Holistic Nurses Association in 2025.

Before becoming an aesthetic nurse, Michelle worked closely with Dr. Glatt and his team as a Patient Care Coordinator during nursing school and prior to that, spent a decade assisting a plastic surgeon in Short Hills. Her combined background in aesthetics, wellness, and patient support allows her to provide a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care.

As a holistic nurse, Michelle believes aesthetic care is about far more than physical transformation. She strives to create a compassionate, healing environment where patients feel seen, supported, and empowered—honoring the emotional and spiritual dimensions of their journey just as much as the physical.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, and spending time in nature with her two grandchildren. She is passionate about reiki and sound bowl healing and loves cooking and sharing meals with family and friends.

Amanda Cappa, RN

Registered Nurse, Practice Manager

In her role as Practice Manager at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey, Amanda Cappa, an accomplished Registered Nurse, is dedicated to upholding the renowned excellence of PPSCNJ under the guidance of Dr. Glatt. Leading the staff with precision and expertise, Amanda oversees the administrative aspects of the practice while leveraging her clinical background to navigate the intricacies of aesthetic healthcare.

Amanda graduated with honors as a Registered Nurse from Holy Name School of Nursing, showcasing her commitment to excellence. Beyond her healthcare endeavors, she finds her greatest joy in spending time with her growing family.

While Amanda currently serves as Dr. Glatt’s Practice Manager, her journey at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of NJ began in 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Through dedication and hard work, she ascended to the role of Front Office Supervisor before assuming her current position of practice manager. With over 15 years of diverse experience in healthcare, both administrative and clinical, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice.

Embracing a democratic and collaborative management style, Amanda draws inspiration from Dr. Glatt’s emphasis on valuing input from the team. Fostering an environment where every team member feels heard and supported is paramount to her leadership. Leading the exceptional staff at PPSCNJ is a privilege, and together, they strive to provide the best service for our patients.

The year 2023 marked significant milestones in Amanda’s journey – graduating from nursing school, stepping into the role of Dr. Glatt’s Practice Manager, and the joyous news of expecting a baby. Excited for what 2024 has in store, Amanda is committed to further contributing to the success and growth of Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey.

Sarah Kostick

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey, Sarah brings a wealth of experience and passion to her multifaceted role.

In her current position, Sarah holds a pivotal role overseeing the front office and marketing staff, leading new-hire onboarding, and managing daily operations. With nearly a decade of experience in plastic surgery, she previously worked for a top plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, AZ, establishing herself as a seasoned professional before joining Dr. Glatt’s practice in 2019. Sarah’s skills encompass a spectrum of expertise, including customer service, new-hire processes, daily operations, and medical practice management.

Driven by a profound belief in doing what makes individuals happy and confident, Sarah is passionate about her role in the plastic surgery field. Her work philosophy centers on the transformative impact that aesthetic procedures can have on one’s well-being and self-assurance.

Balancing motherhood with her professional endeavors, Sarah loves being a mom to her son, which is her other full time job.  She also dedicates time to staying active through exercise and pickleball. Her interests extend to enjoying stand-up comedy shows and immersing herself in podcasts.

Betsy Yeleck

Surgical Coordinator / Medical Aesthetician

Betsy Yeleck wears two important hats at our practice, serving as our Surgical Coordinator as well as one of our Medical Aestheticians at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. Betsy brings over two decades of expertise in the plastic surgery and aesthetics field. As the primary contact for patients following their surgical consultation with Dr. Glatt, Betsy guides individuals through their surgical journey, overseeing all aspects of the journey such as planning, scheduling, and ensuring a well-prepared and successful experience. Among various specific duties, Betsy reviews surgical plans, assists in selecting the best surgical date for patients, reviews financial contracts, and provides surgery care instructions. 

Betsy is also one of the practice’s Medical Aestheticians, specializing in customizing skin care treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. She excels in advanced skin care treatments, including chemical peels, micro-needling, dermaplaning, and various anti-aging and acne treatments. Betsy believes in addressing the root cause of any skin concern, advocating for a healthy lifestyle, and developing patient-focused home skin care plans. She emphasizes the importance of making self-care a priority to prioritize one’s health.  

As a Medical Aesthetician, she performs skin care treatments addressing concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne, pore congestion, sun damage, and sensitivity. With over 20 years in the industry, Betsy has worked alongside elite professionals in both the medical and luxury skin care/spa fields, establishing a long-standing career in aesthetics.

Betsy’s educational background includes dual state board license in skin care from Capri Institute since 1997. She serves as a Trainer/Educator for medical esthetic skin care brands, sharing advanced techniques through training lectures to industry professionals. Betsy is trained in medium to deep chemical peel application, radiofrequency micro-needling, dermaplaning, and acne treatments. 

Outside of work, Betsy loves exercising, running, yoga, gardening, and volunteering at animal shelters and she is passionate about cooking clean and healthy food. Betsy takes pride in running half marathons, being a dedicated mother to her intelligent and beautiful daughter, and contributing to people’s self-care experiences, helping them to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Debbie Ricciardi

Patient Care Coordinator

Debbie brings warmth, organization, and genuine care to every patient interaction at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. With many years of experience in the aesthetics field, she supports both new and returning patients, ensuring every visit feels welcoming, efficient, and seamless.

Her philosophy is simple yet heartfelt: treat every patient the way you would want to be treated. As a mother of four, Debbie has spent plenty of time in doctors’ offices and understands the value of kindness, patience, and making people feel truly appreciated. Her attention to detail and calm, organized approach help create the friendly, professional environment our patients know and love.

Outside the office, Debbie enjoys taking walks with her husband, cooking for the holidays, and decorating her home—often with a little inspiration from her favorite store, HomeGoods. Above all, she is most proud of her four children, each of whom has gone on to graduate from college and graduate school.

Sandy Cowan

Patient Care Coordinator

Sandy Cowan, holding the position of Patient Care Coordinator at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey, plays a vital role in the dynamic interplay between patients and physician. In a fast-paced work environment, her focus is on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the utmost privacy and confidentiality for patients. Collaborating closely with colleagues in our front office, Sandy ensures a seamless experience for all involved.

In her current role, Sandy serves as an ambassador for the office, assisting patients in scheduling appointments and addressing queries about products and procedures. Her responsibilities include gathering essential information before directing calls to either a nurse or surgical coordinator. With a solid foundation of 19 years in the medical field, Sandy brings invaluable experience, having previously worked in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.

Sandy’s philosophy in both life and work revolves around kindness, respect, and the infusion of fun into every endeavor. She approaches her role with a commitment to ensuring a positive and supportive experience for every patient.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sandy takes great pride in her 15 years of volunteering for a national non-profit organization in New Jersey. Her dedication to raising awareness, fundraising, and educating reflects her commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.

Tina Ciesla

Patient Care Coordinator

Meet Tina, one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. Along with our other patient care coordinators, Tina plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for every patient. Tina takes pride in her ability to help set patients at ease and in helping to guide them through their journey. She ensures a smooth transition at each patient interaction by gathering essential information before directing calls to nurses or surgical coordinators. Tina’s responsibilities extend to helping to educate patients about what may be the right procedures for them, further educating our patients on treatments and products, managing billing, and maintaining constant contact to facilitate prompt appointment times. 

Tina’s approach to work is rooted in kindness and respect. She believes in treating every patient with the utmost care and consideration, fostering an environment of support and understanding. This is made clear during each interaction our patients have with Tina!

Tina embraces the joys of summer at the Jersey shore as she frequents Seaside or Bayhead every weekend. A devoted NY Jets fan, Tina and her husband are season ticket holders, relishing the camaraderie of tailgating and the excitement of game days. Beyond sports, Tina loves to cook, play chess, travel, engage in Ballroom dancing, attend concerts, and cheer for her favorite teams – the Jets, Devils, and Yankees.

Kimberly Minarolli

Patient Care Coordinator

Kimberly serves as one of our outstanding Patient Care Coordinators at Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey. Her responsibilities include scheduling and corresponding with patients prior to their appointments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each individual. In addition, Kimberly will be one of the first people you will encounter when you visit our practice, and she helps coordinate your needs during your visit. 

Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, showcasing her commitment to understanding and connecting with people. Kimberly brings relevant experience to her role, having previously worked as a receptionist and medical assistant for 1.5 years.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly indulges in various hobbies and interests. She enjoys attending music festivals and concerts, embarking on morning hikes with her son Aiden, shopping days, weekends at the beach, and exploring new foodie spots. Kimberly also has a passion for traveling with friends and partakes in the thrill of snowboarding.

Whether assisting with scheduling or connecting with patients, Kimberly is dedicated to ensuring each individual receives personalized and attentive care.

Avery Noerr

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Avery takes pride in managing the center’s social media presence, aiming to build awareness for services, engage with our audience, and drive business goals. Her role revolves around crafting compelling content, implementing effective strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. She is dedicated to showcasing the story of Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey through engaging and compelling content. Her commitment to creativity and passion for her work shines through in every aspect of her role.

In her previous roles, Avery has successfully managed the social media accounts of various businesses. She has a particular affinity for businesses centered around wellness and self-care, recognizing their importance in personal well-being. With skills in writing and video editing, Avery prides herself on the creativity and originality she brings to her work. 

Avery’s work philosophy is grounded in the belief that every business has a unique story to tell, and she is here to help articulate and amplify that narrative. With a passion for storytelling, creativity, and originality, Avery brings a fresh perspective to conveying the essence of Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey.

Avery is a graduate of Montclair State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in communication and media arts. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in staying active through exercise, indulging in reading, enjoying movies, and expressing her creativity.
