JANE WALKER: Hi, my name is Jane Walker. I work here at Premier Plastic Surgery Center as a Patient Care Coordinator. Patients contact our offices in several ways. They either call us to make a first consultation appointment or we get people who inquire on our website send us emails. We contact our patients, try to set up a consultation that will fit their time schedule. We try to send paperwork out ahead of time to the patients so they can fill it out at home and bring it with them so we don't have to sit here and do that.

We try to be very timely in our appointments. We take pride in being a very small, very family oriented, friendly office here at Premier. Now, they come in and they say, "Oh, hi, how are you? I talked to you on the phone. Great, yeah, I had no trouble getting here." We just kind of have a nice family atmosphere.

We all find it very easy to work with Dr. Glatt here as his employees, and our patients seem to also give us that same kind of feedback. After they've seen him in consultation, the come out and tell us how much they love him, and they tell us how easy it all was, their visit. We made it very easy for them and they were very comfortable with their experience at Premier Plastic Surgery.
