The injection contains a concentrated amount of hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the body that adds volume and lubricates the skin. Sculptra®
The Sculptra® injection contains polylactic acid, a substance that encourages the skin to produce more collagen. Collagen helps keep skin strong and thick enough to reduce the pull of gravity. Minimally Invasive Breast Augmentation
One of the main concerns for women who are considering breast augmentation is the appearance of scars. Dr. Glatt is one of the only cosmetic surgeons in the region to perform transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation which is the least invasive method available for the placement of saline implants. Through this endoscopic procedure, Dr. Glatt is able to place saline breast implants without visible scars on the breasts!
During transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation, Dr. Glatt uses an endoscope, a thin tube equipped with a tiny camera, to insert a deflated saline implant into the breast through a tiny incision in the armpit. Once the implant is in place, it is filled to the desired size with saline solution. After the incision heals, it is virtually undetectable and well hidden in the armpit.
