- What causes excessive underarm sweating?
Excessive underarm sweating (axillary hyperhydrosis) is caused by the overstimulation of sweat glands by certain nerves in your body.
- I have tried various kinds of deodorants, but nothing alleviates this problem. It’s so embarrassing – is there anything else I can do?

Sculptra is one of the most advanced treatments for restoring depleted volume to areas such as the cheeks, jowls, and nasolabial fold regions. Dr. Brian S . Dr. Glatt is well versed in performing Sculptra treatments, which requires considerable skill and expertise to perform correctly.
Sculptra Aesthetic differs significantly from traditional fillers, such as Juvederm, Radiesse, and Restylane. The duration of effect is at least 2 years, and possibly much longer. Botox injections are the most common noninvasive treatment performed in the United States! Botox injections relax wrinkles formed by facial muscles and reduce the appearance of these fine lines and wrinkles. Botox is FDA approved for treating frown lines, blepharospasm (eyelid spasms) and excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).
Botox is used to treat existing facial lines caused by repetitive muscle movement. Botox also prevents new lines from forming. Common injection sites for addressing wrinkles and lines are:
- Glabella (region between eyebrows)
- Forehead
- Outer corners of eyes (crow’s feet)
- Either side of mid-chin, for down-turned mouth
- Neck, for neck bands or visible chords
